After 41 years in the business, James Jackson felt the call to step away from telecommunications. It was time to find the right team to care for his clients and his staff. For the clients of Genesis Technologies it was important for James that they be lead by a locally owned company not looking to sell out to a large national chain. Lauer Communications a locally female owned telecommunication company in Fort Wayne for over 20 years. Over the years of caring for clients daily our clients have become friends. We feel that their business is our business and the care we give to them is the same we give to our own business.
As Lauer Communications took over caring for the clients of Genesis Technologies there was another important piece for our CEO Kim Lauer. What about the employees of Genesis Technologies? During a time of high unemployment during a global pandemic such as Covid-19, jobs are more important now than ever before. Taking an even bigger step than caring for Genesis clients, Kim felt compelled to take care of Genesis employees also. Bringing on the former employees of Genesis and welcoming them into the Lauer Communications family. What a wonderful addition these great employees have been to our team here at Lauer Communications. It has also made former Genesis clients have familiar names and faces during this transition.
